New advances in computational power and new software resources allow us to create three dimensional "fly-by" renderings of our designs for client review. This new technology allows our clients to realize what their home will look like before construction ever begins. It also gives them a good sense of the unique spaces created by various architectural elements in each room. While it is no substitute to a old-fashioned site visit with the architect, it helps the client to imagine how the home will turn out.
